the project at latchmere lane was taken on by us at the construction stage when the client already had drawings and planning permision and consists of two low level extensions to the side and rear of the property with one two story extension to the rear with major alterations to existing iside areas.
during early construction stages our client felt they would like to make changes to the project to allow the kitchen and dining room to become totaly open plan which involved the our structural engineer making changes to the original steelworks,also the main roof was at an age that made it sensible to renew the roof covering while the extension and related roofworks were in progress.
